Executive Summary This proposal outlines the transition of the Client’s digital assets from a hosted Wix environment to a self-hosted, open-source WordPress framework. This move is designed to provide the Client with complete ownership of their data and a scalable foundation for growth.
Deliverables We will deliver a custom WordPress framework that seamlessly integrates the Client’s existing brand identity, content, and graphics with new, high-fidelity media elements. The site architecture will feature a dynamic custom Homepage and five (5) unique interior page layouts.
The build includes robust modules for SEO, Client Showcases, and Featured Media. To specifically enhance traffic and lead management, the framework will support multiple distinct content feeds—allowing for separate streams of Blog content, Company News, and Industry Updates.
Responsiveness We guarantee a fully responsive user experience, optimizing content flow and navigation for three distinct viewports: desktop monitors, tablets, and mobile devices.
Ongoing Support To ensure long-term stability, this proposal includes a 12-month support agreement. This provides for routine site updates and content management based on the project's launch specifications. Please note that significant structural changes or the addition of new features post-launch will require a separate scope of work.
