Fundraising Capacity Building Engagement
The primary objective of this multi-phased engagement is to successfully onboard your development staff member and implement a strategic framework that builds your organization's long-term fundraising capacity. The engagement is structured in three distinct phases to ensure a smooth and effective transition and training process.
- Phase 0: Foundational Onboarding & Role Transition (November – December 2025)
- Phase 1: Intensive Training & Implementation (January – March 2026)
- Phase 2: Ongoing Coaching & Support (April – June 2026)
Investment & Payment Schedule
The total investment for this eight-month engagement is $6,000, structured as follows. Invoices will be submitted on the first of each quarter and are due upon receipt.
- Phase 0 (Nov – Dec 2025): Foundational Onboarding Project Fee of $1,000
- Phase 1 (Jan – Mar 2026): Intensive Training Quarterly Retainer of $2,500
- Phase 2 (Apr – Jun 2026): Ongoing Coaching Quarterly Retainer of $2,500
